Catalina 42

In 2000, we sold our second Monitor with a Swing Gate mount to Anthony Williams, owner of this Catalina 42. Designed expressly for boats with a scoop transom, this mount allows the Monitor to swing aside allowing use of the central platform. Rather than using a latch, one of the two mounting posts lifts out for use. When the post is installed, there is no possibility of the gate opening accidentally. These photos were taken during the Monitor installation - the paddle is not yet fitted.
